THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR EXCITEMENT TO THIS AMAZING EVENT!
We are so excited about the whole tribute since the beginning when I came out with the idea and location and we want to keep MJ spirit going with all of you.Here are the final details for tomorrow’s event.
The location is MADAME TUSSAUDS HOLLYWOOD (6933 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, CA) which is located next to the Chinese Theatre.
PARKING:
Will be at the Hollywood Highland Parking structure which can be entered by the Orange Dr. or the Highland Entrances. The Fee is $2 Dollars for 4 hours with validation which you can get validated at the Guest Services at Hollywood Highland (Under the Kodak Theatre Sign/Entrance) $10 all day.
REHEARSALS:
Here are your rehearsal times for all three performances. We will be practicing on level 6 of the Parking structure at the very end.
2:30 Performance………………..Rehearsals from 1PM-2:15PM
7:00 Performance…………………Rehearsals from 5:30PM-6:45PM
9:30 Performance…………………Rehearsals from 7PM-9:15PM
DANCE:
The eight people starting Beat it have been chosen ONLY for the 2:30 performance and they will start the show, everyone else except for the MARCHING UNIT will start for the second repetition of Beat it. Marching Unit will come out from the stairs and from the Gift shop (on the first level) by that time everyone will be at the courtyard except for the 9 people that remain from the second level dancing.
WARDROBE: Is open and if you want to have ripped clothes for Thriller that would be nice. Also please NO BLOOD CAPSULES or BLOOD unless it’s dried up on your Clothes already.
BEHAVIOR/SECURITY:
We are THRILL THE WORLD LOS ANGELES and we want to give all our best behavior to show Madame Tussauds Hollywood and the City of LA were doing this for a special person as Michael Jackson, so no plug has to be pulled. So please if your inviting people to come out and watch please tell them to keep on sidewalks and not to crowd in the courtyard before we even start. There will be officers around us that can escort anyone out if it gets out of hand and to keep us safe as well. Please remember as dancers you are representing Thrill The World LA. If you run into any problems please let Joleen, Elena, Gilbert or Ahrha, they are all working very closely with security.
WRISTBANDS/WAIVER:
You must sign a waiver before you dance, this is very important. Once you sign a waiver you will get your wristband that will allow you access to dance at this event.
AFTER PARTY:
Please join us here CLOCKWORKS ORANGE on Hollywood Blvd 2 blocks west of our event.
